Most of our HR Administration Support and some of our HR Enrichment Support services are provided to you through "outsourced operations".  With outsourced operations, our staff and technology is utilized to provide functions which had previously been provided by your own organization.  Examples of outsourced operations include: payroll administration; unemployment claims processing; and governmental compliance reporting.  We typically provide outsourced operations under a multi-year services contract.

Advisory Services

In addition to outsourced services, National HR Solutions can also provide you with a variety of "advisory services".  Through advisory services, our staff can conduct studies, develop recommendations, perform analyses, etc. to help you improve your HR activities.  Examples of advisory services include: developing a new-hire orientation program; creating an employee safety training program; and creating an employee performance measurement system.

Consulting Studies Our consulting studies can involve an engagement of our experts to provide services that can require several hours, several days, or sometimes several weeks.  A scope of work is defined, and a proposal is developed for delivery of this work for a specified fee.
Staff Augmentation Staff augmentation involves providing you with a person or people to work along side your team.  Our staff can be made available to you on a full-time or part-time basis.  The time frame can be either short-term or long-term.
Retainer Services Under our retainer services, you can contract for support services from our experts, who will be available to you on as-needed basis.
